This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, embeds no third-party content, uses no analytics and runs no script. Fonts, images and stylesheets are served from this domain.

You can reach us by e-mail and by post; there is no contact form.

Hosting

This website is served through GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. GitHub acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR) under the GitHub Data Protection Agreement.

By its own account, GitHub logs and stores your IP address for security purposes, together with the request data a web server records. The retention period is set by GitHub and is not published.

Content is delivered through the content delivery networks of GitHub's sub-processors Fastly, Inc. and Cloudflare, Inc. (both USA). The transfer to the USA rests on GitHub's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR) and on the standard contractual clauses agreed in the GitHub Data Protection Agreement (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of this website.

If you write to us by e-mail, we process what you send us to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering it.

We keep the correspondence for as long as handling it requires and statutory retention periods demand.

Rights of the data subject

You have the right of access to the personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR), and to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).

Right to object: where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to that processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
